General booking information

Booking periods

You are welcome to book the accommodation for a complete holiday, for short breaks and individual nights, all subject to availability. We also welcome enquiries about longer lets from house hunters or those moving to the area.

We appreciate that 'no frills' airlines charge less for mid-week flights, therefore we are prepared to commence and terminate bookings on any day of the week, again, subject to availability.

Deposit
Bookings can be temporarily secured by contacting us immediately, either by email or by telephone. A booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit of 20% of the total cost is received. If less than eight weeks prior to booking, the full payment will be required to confirm the booking.

Included in the price
The cost of rental of the property includes the tenancy of the accommodation for the period agreed, bed linen and towels, all reasonable use of utilities and post-rental cleaning. A welcome bottle of wine and basic cleaning materials are also included for those staying a week or more.

Optional extra services and costs
For single nights and short breaks we are able to provide breakfast at an additional cost of 5 Euros. A three course dinner, including wine, at a cost of 18 Euros can also be provided. Each of these is subject to prior arrangement.

Prices, payment & currency
Prices for booking and deposit are quoted in Euros. However, payment will be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Exchange rates will be set according to Booking Conditions - clause 2. Payment may be made by cheque or direct bank transfer into a French or UK account respectively.

All payments, bookings and tenancy of our properties are subject to the full Booking Conditions.
