The information you give us, including your email address, is used solely by us, Peter and Catherine Pugh at Gites du Canal. It is used by us to communicate with you and, if applicable, to reserve holiday accommodation for your use.

We may use the information to contact you in the future to inform you of changes to our website, new services or special offers. We will always give you the option to withdraw your details from our contact list.
We do not use User Registration details for commercial or communication purposes on behalf of our partner links. We do not sell, trade or otherwise share information used in the Enquiry or Reservation process, unless required to do so by law. In this instance only, information requested will be divulged where we believe, in good faith, we are required to comply to meet our legal obligations.
