Birds and nature - The village is situated on a main European bird migration route and the natural surroundings provide a variety of habitats for a great diversity of flora and fauna.
Walking and water sports - With the Canal du Midi on the doorstep, the Mediterranean beaches and lagoons only 40 minutes drive away and rivers and fresh water lakes nearby, there is an exceptional choice of all levels of activity - a gentle stroll, mountain climbs, swimming, kite and wind surfing, canyoning and canoeing, are just some examples.
